What is a Unique Web Update Ticket?

Website updates are emailed together to our support system, in a single "ticket" to our online support system. Each email containing updates is considered a "ticket". Development time is considered time spent editing the site. One ticket is up to two hours of development time. Each package also has additional non-development/project management time built in, as detailed by the specific information on the chart.
